Serious About Quality

GOLDEN PRIX FORGED WEDGE

Wedges crafted through annealing, a process that delivers an extremely soft feel and superior spin performance.

Annealing is an advanced heat treatment technique that returns steel to its optimum state, soft and uniform throughout.

Forging produces internal stress within the metal,

so to eliminate this, the head is heated to a high temperature and cooled slowly over an extended period.

This unlocks the true potential of soft steel, producing an exceptionally soft feel and outstanding spin performance, with the sensation of the ball sticking to the face on impact.

Attention to Detail

function_01

The annealing process is only performed on select Fujimoto Gikoh models.

These four engraved marks are proof of that annealing.

The material used for the heads is S20C soft steel.

function_02

Our 48° to 54° models feature a standard-width sole, prioritizing full shots and consistent distance control.

The narrower soles of our 56° to 60° models allow a wider variety of shots without interference, even when the face is opened.

function_03

Generous bounce and a sole grind that delivers excellent turf interaction make these soles easy to handle.

Our soft-steel forged wedges are designed for all golfers, from advanced players to everyday enthusiasts.
